We offer our Members:
- From $200/month – Virtual offices for a business mailing address, mail pickup and limited use (2 days per week, business hours only) of shared coworking space -internet cafe style, limited use of meeting room, wireless internet and discounted tickets to our events/workshops.
- From $450/month – Shared private offices (up to 3 different solo-preneur companies/freelancers sharing a private room) with dedicated worktables to leave your monitors and other materials overnight, use of meeting room, internet access and free to discounted tickets to our events/workshops.
- Request pricing – Single company private offices (some can fit up to 4 worktables for team offices), use of meeting room, business mailing address, mail pickup, use of internet, and free to discounted tickets to our events/workshops.
- From $75/hour (two hour minimum for non-members) – Small meeting room use only, internet access and use of projector.
- Initial memberships are for 4 months, then month to month licensed use agreements. Refundable deposits required at the start of your membership.
VentureBeach Cowork will host multiple happy hours, breakfasts, workshops and guest speaker events throughout the year, at our location and at local beach area venues.
